Open Showroom at Ferm LIVING

I sense a new faded wave coming over us. I’ve seen a tendency for people who boarded the early colour train of anti-white walls, starting to pull back the saturation a little, by subtracting the busy hues and objects, for a calmer interior.

Last week I stopped by The Home by ferm LIVING. You might have seen the pink and salmon beige back wall with lots of picture frames? It really set the tone for what ferm LIVING were able to do with this showroom apartment.

This autumn, the warm shades are back; 70’s boldness, as well as warm monochromes. The beige is still here, and the black is back (not that it ever went out). All I am saying is that I have a feeling of this autumn being all about ‘less is more’ and easing down on the saturation. The contrasts are warm, in the shades of burgundy, mustard, browns as well as deep navy blue. A palette true to its season.

Also, ferm LIVING launched a new website! If you haven’t already done so, check it out. Until then, here is the The Home in a AW19 look.
